Shipping Condition:

Flat rate shipping for all metropolitan and major regional locations where a Richmond Rolling Solutions warehouse is located.

We offer the following shipping options:

*All prices exclude GST and subject to change.

• Multiple Product Categories. If you order consists of multiple product categories, you will be charged at the flat rate of the more expensive product category.
• Multiple Units. You can purchase multiple units of any products; you will only get charged one flat rate.

For example – if you are in a Metropolitan area:

• Purchasing 50 castors, you will get charged only $30.00
• Purchasing 4 Trolleys (Flat Pack), you will get charged only $40.00
• Purchasing 4 Trolleys (Flat Pack) and 50 Castors, you will get charged only $40.00
• Remote Shipping Location. If the shipping charges are substantially higher than the default flat rate, we will contact you to discuss additional charges and will issue you a full refund if you are not happy to pay the additional charges.

Delivery:

Our orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 days once payment is cleared. Freight times may vary depending on delivery location and freight carrier.

If there are further delays, we will inform you beforehand.

Should you need something delivered urgently or have a complex delivery requirement, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Click and Collect:

We have multiple branches/multiple distribution centres that you can collect from. You can select your Click and Collect location at the checkout. Please wait for our confirmation before coming.
