300mm Poly Ci Wheel 1000Kg Capacity Castor (R1205)

The R1205 from Richmond is a rigid frame castor and features a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This rigid castor is one of our 1000 series range and can safely take loads up to 1000kg. The R1205 is assembled with ball bearings on the castors axle. This castors rigid frame allows for linear movement and steering can be achieved by using in conjunction with swivel castors. The outside diameter of the polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel is 300mm, the wheel width is 50mm and you can order separately (Part Number: PU1218).

Description

A 1000kg load rating provides an economical alternative to heavier load bearing castors. The ability to be towed at a 6kph by tugs and tractors enables Richmond’s 1000 Series to be used on mobile platforms, aviation trolleys, automotive assembly lines and production manufacturing plants. The polyurethane cast iron wheel type with a rolling diameter of up to 300mm not only enhances maneuverability but decreases rolling resistance. Like most Richmond heavy duty castors, our 1000 series has a precision machined ball race and high tensile steel kingpin to withstand side impact loads.
