Maintenance
- Visual inspection for excessive wear of roller and axle
- Ensure roller is rotating smoothly and quietly
- Remove build up of concrete or debris
- Apply EP2 all purpose lithium grease or equivalent
- Replace roller if excessive wear or not operating smoothly
NOTE: WHEN REPLACING THE TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS THE CORRECT PRETENSION AND TORQUE MUST BE APPLIED. TORQUE WRENCH SETTING: 54.3N.m (40 ft-lb)
